Applicability of Policy
By agreeing to use the Ghostly Moths Studios (“GMS”) Portal and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Portal, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on ghostlymoths.com.
Please note that we may, from time to time, change the terms of this Policy that govern your return, refund, or cancellation of an order for products on ghostlymoths.com. Every time you wish to use the portal, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
Exchange & Return Window
We offer exchanges & returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Once your exchange/return query has been accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email.
- Your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24–48 hours (subject to service availability at your pincode).
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to collect the shipment, you must send it back to our warehouse address.
- Once received, your order will go through a Quality Check (QC). If approved, your exchange/return request will be processed further.
Estimated delivery of all exchange queries is 7–10 working days.
- If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, you may exchange for another product or receive a gift card (redeemable online or at our offline stores).
- For all return orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note once QC is approved. This credit note will be shared to your registered email address.
Mandatory Return Conditions
To be eligible for return/exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product has not been worn, washed, cleaned, or tampered with.
- Brand tags, original packaging, and accessories are intact and undamaged.
- The product is not altered, unless proven vendor defect.
- Return is initiated against the original order under which it was purchased.
- No foul odour, perfume, stains, scratches, or damage on the product.
- Products bought as a set must be returned as a complete set.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in saleable condition.
- GMS Studios must be satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unsellable.
Cancellations
- COD Orders: Cancellation is possible only before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Prepaid Orders: All prepaid orders are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds. Any refunds, where applicable, will be issued as gift cards of equivalent value. Gift cards are valid for 6 months and are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Valid Reasons for Exchange/Return
You may initiate a return/exchange request if:
- Product does not fit
- Product or shipping package is damaged
- Product is defective
- Parts of the product or accessories are missing
